| The Vista Volunteer Fire Department is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ex-Chief Raymond Haviland.
Ray served as Chief of the Vista Fire Department from 1988 through 1991 and was a valued part of our Department’s history. His service and leadership helped carry forward the traditions of dedication, commitment, and service to the Vista community that continue to define our Department today.
We extend our heartfelt condolences to Ray’s family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing and serving alongside him.
