Vista Fire Department Snowstorm Standby Operations for 01/25/26
By Vista Fire Department
January 25, 2026
As today’s snowstorm continues to impact our area, members of the Vista Fire Department have been standing by at the Vista Firehouse since 9:00 AM to ensure uninterrupted fire and EMS coverage for our community.
Earlier this morning, our crews installed snow chains on the appropriate apparatus to maintain safe and reliable response capabilities under deteriorating road conditions. These preparations allow us to respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise during the storm.
We would like to thank our members for their commitment and willingness to stand by, ensuring the safety of our residents throughout this weather event!
