This Wednesday's "EMT Skills Class" had our EMS personnel reviewing “Anatomy and Physiology."

Vista EMS personnel covered the major body systems such as the musculoskeletal, respiratory, lymphatic, nervous, integumentary and digestive systems. Assistant Chief Porco presented the main components of each system and how it affects our bodies. This type of training is what will prepare our EMT Candidates who are planning to take a future EMT Basic class succeed and for our EMTs who have completed EMT Basic to keep up with their skills.
