Firefighter Lance Phillips completes Engine 142 training

The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Firefighter Lance Phillips is now qualified on Engine 142.
Firefighter Phillips completed the E-142 driver training by learning how to operate E-142's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of drive time behind the wheel. Firefighter Phillips will now move onto learning how to drive Engine 143 going forward.
The VFD is always looking for more drivers, whether it be for our Fire Apparatus or our Ambulances! If you are interested in serving the community and learning how to drive these emergency response vehicles, please visit VistaFD.org!
