| The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Lead Foreman Ryan Ruggiero is now qualified to drive Engine 141.
Lead Foreman Ruggiero successfully completed the E-141 driver training program, which included hands-on experience operating the pump panel and logging over twelve hours of drive time. With this milestone achieved, he will now begin training to become qualified on Tanker 4.
