The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Foreman Ryan Ruggiero is now qualified on Engine 142.

Foreman Ruggiero completed the E-142 driver training by learning how to operate E-142's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of drive time behind the wheel. Foreman Ruggiero will now move onto learning how to drive Engine 143 going forward.
