CPR Drill for 08/29/22

By Vista Fire Department
August 30, 2022

This week's Monday Night Drill was "CPR" for our members.

The "CPR" drill had our members attending an American Heart Association (AHA) CPR class. Vista Fire Department personnel would use cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) as a lifesaving technique on emergency responses such as a heart attack, a near drowning or where someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped. Vista Fire Department personnel train on CPR every year through the American Heart Association. We would like to thank Mutual Responder Dave Jacobsen and Ex-Chief Cindy (Nichols) Jacobsen for certifying our members in CPR for another year this past Monday night.
