Yesterday morning the Vista Fire Department held a American Heart Association First Aid & CPR class for several of our members and also several Firefighters from both the New Canaan Fire Department and Pound Ridge Fire Department. Our members take both First Aid & CPR on a yearly basis and try to open our doors to neighboring Departments regarding any type of training as much as possible.
While that was taking place several Vista Firefighters worked on pumping operations for Rescue 13 to fine tune their skills and exercise it's pump panel.
If you'd like to be part of our team at the Vista FD feel free to stop by most Sunday mornings from 10am - 12pm!
