The Vista Fire Department spent the 1st Sunday of March teaching new Motor Pump Operators (MPOs) the proper way to work the pump panel of Engine 142 while several other Firefigthers stretched a hoseline off of the Engine to practice how they would "stretch" a handline into a building and how they would battle a blaze from an exterior firefighting standpoint.

We hold breakfast for our members every Sunday morning at 9:30am followed by training at 10am, if you'd like be part of our team visit us any Sunday from 9am - 12pm to learn more about joining the VFD!
