The Vista Volunteer Fire Department will be hosting an "Open House & Recruitment Day" on Saturday April 22nd from 11am - 3pm at the Vista Firehouse (377 Smith Ridge Road)!

Learn how you can help the community and become a Volunteer Firefighter, EMT, Ambulance Driver or Fire Truck Driver!

Benefits of joining include; tax breaks for home owners, free gym membership, free town pool membership, small retirement package, helping others in need.

Activities during the event include:

• Extrication demo
• Fire truck rides on the new Engine 141 • Fire extinguisher demo
• Ambulance tours from our EMTs
• Face Painting & Bounce House
• Food/Refreshments
