This week's drill saw our Firefighters reviewing Ladders operations and our EMT's going over Nebulizer, Humidifier, Narcan + Check & Inject

Led by Lt. Brian Porco, Lt. Wilmer Cervantes & Lead Foreman Phil Katz, the Vista Firefighters practiced operating a 24-foot and 28-foot ladder. Ladder operations are essential when it comes to venting a structure or giving Firefighters a way to exit a building should they need to if situations worsen.

Led by Capt. Judy Saslow, the Vista EMT's reviewed how to operate the Nebulizer, Humidifier, Narcan and Check & Inject on our Ambulances. Knowing how to operate this equipment is vital for our EMT's to give proper emergency care to the Vista Fire District.

The Vista Fire Department drills every Monday and if you're interested in joining feel free to stop by any Monday night between 6:30pm - 9pm for more details on how you can be part of our team!
