The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Lt. Wilmer Cervantes is now qualified on Tanker 4!

Lt. Cervantes completed the T-4 driver training by learning how to operate T-4's pump panel, participating as the T-4 driver in several "Tanker Shuttle" drills and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. By getting cleared on Tanker 4, Lt. Cervantes is now qualified on all the apparatus in the Vista Volunteer Fire Department!
