| The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Firefighter J.T. Bowensmith is now qualified on Engine 142!
Firefighter Bowensmith completed the E-142 driver training by learning how to operate E-142's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Firefighter Bowensmith will now move onto learning how to drive and operate Engine 141.
