The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Lt. Wilmer Cervantes is now qualified on Engine 141!

Lt. Cervantes completed the E-141 driver training by learning how to operate E-141's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Lt. Cervantes will now move onto learning how to drive Tanker 4 going forward.
