The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Foreman Mike Canil is now qualified on Rescue 13!

Foreman Canil completed the R-13 driver training by learning how to operate the pump panel, how to operate the extrication tools on the apparatus and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Foreman Canil will now move onto learning how to drive Engine 142.
