Firefighter/EMT Ashtin Rama Completes EMT-Basic Class

The Vista Fire Department proudly congratulates Firefighter/EMT Ashtin Rama on successfully completing his EMT-Basic class and earning certification as an Emergency Medical Technician!

The hard work and dedication that Firefighter/EMT Rama demonstrated throughout this program reflect the professionalism and pride our members bring to the Vista Fire Department every day.

During the EMT-Basic class, participants train extensively in emergency medical care, including:

- Respiratory emergencies
- Cardiac emergencies
- Strokes
- Seizures
- Trauma
- Childbirth emergencies

As the Vista Fire Department provides emergency medical services to our community, we are always seeking new EMTs to join our team.
