The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Foreman Kevin Piro is now qualified on Engine 142!

Foreman Piro completed the E-142 driver training by learning how to operate 142's pump panel, getting 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel and completing "Apparatus Operator: Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC)" class at the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York. Foreman Piro will now move onto learning how to drive Engine 141 going forward.

The VFD is always looking for more drivers, whether it be for our Fire Apparatus or our Ambulances! If you're interested in serving the community and learning how to drive these emergency response vehicles please visit VistaFD.org!
