The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Firefighter Lance Phillips is now qualified on Engine 142.

Firefighter Phillips completed the E-142 driver training by learning how to operate E-142's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of drive time behind the wheel. Firefighter Phillips will now move onto learning how to drive Engine 143 going forward.
