The Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate EMT Amanda Aalto on completing her probationary period in the Department through the VFD Mentor Program!
Since joining the Vista Fire Department, EMT Amanda Aalto has been cleared as a riding EMT. EMT Amanda Aalto actively participates during calls & drills and has been mentored throughout her probationary period by Lieutenant Eleanor Hersam.

Search and Rescue Drill for 11/11/24

This week's Monday drill was a "Search & Rescue" drill for our members.
The "Search & Rescue" drill had our Vista Firefighters performing search & rescue operations by conducting searches for a trapped patient in a structure fire scenario.
