The Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Will Pope on graduating from the Denver (CO) Police Department Academy this past Friday, May 10th. Firefighter Pope was hired by the Denver Police Department in the fall and began the Police academy back on November 5th, 2018.

Firefighter Pope had been with the Vista Fire Department since August 2012 and served as a Foreman on Engine 143 prior to leaving for the Denver Police Department late last year.

While we will selfishly miss having Firefighter Pope in the Vista Fire Department, we are extremely proud of him as he begins his new career as a Denver Police Officer!
