Last night the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York held graduations for several Firefighter I and Firefighter Survival classes taken over the last several months. One of our Firefighters, Olivia Buzzeo, was among the graduates last night.

Firefighter I is the initial class that all Volunteer Firefighters take to learn the basic necessary skills to become a Firefighter. With these classes under her belt, Firefighter Buzzeo will continue her training with other classes at the Westchester County Fire Training Center and in our own Firehouse as well.

We at the Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Buzzeo on this tremendous accomplishment and wish her continued success in her Fire Service career!
