The Vista Fire Department is proud to announce that Foreman Mike Canil is now qualified on Engine 143!

Foreman Canil completed the E-143 driver training by learning how to operate E-143's pump panel and completing 8 hours or more of "drive time" behind the wheel. Foreman Canil will now move on to learning how to drive Engine 141 going forward.
