The Vista Volunteer Fire Department spent Wednesday morning starting @ 0800 hours until Thursday morning @ 0800hrs standing by at the Vista Firehouse ready to respond during "Winter Storm Quinn."
Throughout the standby we had 15+ members at the Vista Firehouse as they fully-staffed Fire Apparatus and our Ambulances in an event there was a Fire or EMS emergency in the Vista Fire District.
