The Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Captain Debbie Ferman, Lieutenant Alexandra Fisher and Foreman Mike Canil on completing the American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor Course. By completing this course Captain Ferman, Lieutenant Fisher and Foreman Canil can now teach classes such as AHA CPR and First Aid.

With this certification we look forward to being able to offer AHA CPR and First Aid classes to the public, for our members, and local businesses.
