This Saturday evening we held an "MPO & Firefighter Fundamentals Class" for our weekly weekend training.
This Saturday's "MPO & Firefighter Fundamentals Class" focused on hose line advancement with an 1-3/4" hose line, operating the Engine 143 pump panel when hose lines are advanced and how to hook up a pressurized hydrant. This type of training is what will help our Firefighters who plan on attending the New York State Firefighter I program succeed in their class and for our Firefighters who have completed Firefighter I to keep up with their skills.
