By Vista Fire Department
July 14, 2017
Last night the Westchester County Fire Training Center in Valhalla, New York held graduations for several Firefighter I and Firefighter Survival classes taken over the last several months. Two of our Firefighters, Ryan Ruggiero and Patrick Healy, were among the graduates last night.
Firefighter I is the initial class that all Volunteer Firefighters take to learn the basic necessary skills to become a Firefighter. With these classes under their belts, Firefighter Ruggiero & Firefighter Healy will continue their training with other classes at the Westchester County Fire Training Center and in our own Firehouse as well.
We at the Vista Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Ruggiero & Firefighter Healy on this tremendous accomplishment and wish them continued success in their Fire Service careers!
