This week's Monday Drill was an MPO Operations for our Firefighters and Apparatus Drivers/MPOs.
Led by Capt. Mike Peck, our Firefighters & Apparatus Drivers/MPOs practiced operating the Engine 141 pump panel by changing over from an 1-3/4" hose line to an 2-1/2" hose line and they also practiced drafting with Engine 141 off of a dry hydrant by filling Tanker 4 with water. This type of training helped our current Apparatus Drivers/MPOs practice pumping on the new Engine 141, while our prospective Apparatus Drivers/MPOs learned how to pump Engine 141.
