The Vista Fire Department spent this past Monday's drill preparing all the apparatus for it's Annual Inspection Dinner to be held on Saturday June 3rd. The Annual Inspection Dinner is a longstanding tradition in the Emergency Services where a Department invites several top officials in New York State & Westchester County, surrounding Fire Departments and surrounding Volunteer Ambulance Corps. All Vista Fire Department members are assigned to a piece of apparatus throughout the year with the goal being the winner of our Annual Inspection to be held on June 3rd. The winning apparatus is determined by who is the cleanest and which piece of apparatus is completely in service by the day of their inspection.
